As a freelance writer, I craft stories about the team, its players, and community events.
2024 – 2025
Washington Capitals
In my role as a Corporate Communications Assistant, I wrote stories about the Capitals’ community initiatives and events for washcaps.com. I also served as the lead writer for the W Magazine, an annual print publication that debuts each December.

2023 – 2024
Baltimore Ravens
As an editorial intern, I am tasked with creating thumbnails for stories, uploading content to the site, as well as writing press conference headlines and push notification copy. I also write stories about the team, its players, and community events.

2021 – 2023
The Washington Post
As a high school sports reporter, I am tasked with covering league and conference championships across the DMV. I also write feature stories on the area’s most prominent athletes.
2021 – 2022
The Georgetown Voice
I rose up the ranks to become the Sports Editor, ensuring each of the six print editions of the magazine included a sports piece while managing three assistants and ten writers. I also wrote some fun pieces, including one on the Georgetown men’s club rugby team that garnered over 2,000 clicks.
2020 – 2021
The Hoya
I wrote a bi-weekly blog called “All-Caps,” where I detailed what was happening with the team downtown at Capital One Arena.

Summer 2021
Modern Luxury
As a summer editorial intern for this high-end publication, I pitched and authored stories that aligned with the company’s brand on food, real estate and things to do. My work was published in the July/August print editions of Modern Luxury DC and Modern Luxury Aspen, as well as digitally for Boston Common, Philadelphia Style and Modern Luxury DC. I was also tasked with fact-checking to ensure accuracy before publication.
